All returns must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with labels intact. Our products are backed by a lifetime manufacturer warranty.

30-Day Returns

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• Customer-initiated returns: You cover return shipping.

• Our error (wrong/damaged items): We cover return shipping.

Partial refunds (item price minus original shipping fees) are issued within 3 business days after we receive your return.

Start a return: Email support@zelmady.com with your order number, reason, and product photos/videos.

Order Cancellations

• Within 24 hours: Cancel for a full refund.

• After shipment: Refuse delivery for a full refund minus shipping fees.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Warranty & Exchanges

If your product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact support@zelmady.com. We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or exchange.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Warranty claim:

• Describe the issue clearly (what, when, how).

• Provide your full order number and item code.

• Attach clear photos or videos under good lighting.
